Then Restart your computer
STEP 2:
Add Take Ownership to run full power converter system.
At the C: \ Windows to find files explorer.exe ->> Right ->> Take Ownership.
C: \ Windows \ System32 search explorerFrame.dll file -> right click ->> Take Ownership.
Rename it with a different name, eg explorer.exe.backup ... then replace it with his attached file (remember to select the correct version)
Ctrl Alt Del to complete the TaskManager> Processes tab find explorer.exe> End Process
Go to File> Run, type explore
STEP 3:
Copy folder to folder Nordstrom Norsdtrom.theme C: \ Windows \ Resources \ Themes
Beyond the desktop -> right click -> Personalize ->> Nordstrom
